ATTN Buyers: It Is Going To Take Some Time To Find The Perfect House

The Southern Californian Housing Market is very competitive. We have a lot of demand and little inventory.  Newly released data from The National Association of Home Builders shows that 2/3 of buyers are taking more than three months to find their perfect home. The reasons behind the time suck are serious and plentiful, see video.

So due to the fast paced, low inventory market, it would behoove potential buyers to start working with a REALTOR sooner than later.  For Buyers, this market, requires all hands on deck and eyes peeled.  Give me a call, I'm "Here To Help."

Who Is Buying Homes? (Data & Statistics)

I received stats from N.A.R. (The National Association of Realtors) illustrating the profile of folks most likely to buy a home in 2017. These days it is possible to take that buyer's profile and use it to market directly at them.  Modern technology and an individual agent's savvy, makes it possible.

Now, we know the Southern Californian market is unique, to say the least. So is it possible to distill data to get the profile of the SoCal buyer, and then market your property DIRECTLY in front of them, wherever they are in the world!?? Yes. As a seller is that an advantage you'd like to have?  You can call me or email me any time.

N.A.R. asked and answered "Who Is Buying Homes?" This gave me a great idea for potential sellers out there! Due to technology, I can use data to actively market your home directly at those most likely to love your house.
